Liz added these feathers to her bouquet to give it a personal woodland touch. She and Jared are both avid bird watchers, so adding feathers was a very unique touch.

The gentlemen got ready early and allowed us to interrupt their game of Settlers of Catan in order to take photos outside. Thanks to the guys for being flexible so that we could get outdoor photos and avoid the rain.

It started raining during the lady’s photo time, like we knew it would, so we went inside to finish up. Then we tucked the bride out of sight and grabbed a few more photos of the guys inside so that we’d have a matching set of both sides of the bridal party.

I love the sleeves on Liz’s dress. You wouldn’t know it, but this was a detached piece that she put on with her strapless dress to complete this Autumn look. So beautiful! Liz, you’re gorgeous! Gorgeous, I tell you!!

Everyone hid away while the guests arrived and got settled and then it was time for the big event.

The rain cleared right after the ceremony just in time for the images you’ll see below. The fall leaves were incredible! I had to keep pinching myself to make sure I wasn’t just dreaming about how amazing all the trees looked.

The anniversary dance at this wedding was a long one! The DJ kept calling out years and everybody just kept dancing. There were dozens of couples there who have been married 25+ years. This couple proudly claimed the prize of longest married couple. This wave is her being a little cheeky as the 2nd to last couple walked away. I think she’s a proud winner. And she should be!
